If you’ve started a business and are struggling to implement your original vision, help is at hand. Cotswold Women in Business are piloting a brand new course designed with you in mind.

There are recognisable stages involved in starting and growing a business, and it is time to act if you have reached the point where you:

• Want to put your business on a more professional and secure footing
• Know there’s so much more you can do but are unsure where to start
• Want to increase your offer to your existing customers and get more new business

Up And Running will provide jargon free motivation and specific direction for you. You will be shown how to review what you have already put in place and how to create new, more effective processes to convert strangers into loyal customers or clients who are happy to pay you for your products or services.

As the driving force in your business, you will benefit enormously from a supportive environment, gaining specific tools and having a structured context. This will enable you to make time and space in your busy life to put in the work that’s required to develop a relevant strategy to grow your business and reach more customers.

This hands-on, practical course will be highly interactive. While it will require dedication and commitment, it will also be stimulating and encourage you to accept new challenges, and grow personally while developing your business.

An eight week course 9.30am – 2.30pm every Thursday at Launchpad, Tewkesbury
