Lynette Carstens

Lynette manages our associate team of marketing people who provide hands-on support to clients. She also supports Jane in the day-to-day running of Jane Heaton Associates and delivers a wide range of marketing, media and event management activities.

She is a professional personal assistant and runs her own business alongside her JHA activities, providing virtual business and marketing support to other professional individuals and small businesses.

Lynette has worked the diplomatic service and in the automotive, event management, marketing, research, and television programme production industries.

She was a Senior Foreign Assistant in the Department of Foreign Affairs, South Africa with diplomatic postings to Brussels, Lesotho and Mozambique and has also worked for Lucas Aftermarket Operations, i-Composites, Axillium Consulting, Ragdoll Productions, and events company Red Jacket.
