Project Implementation
Every marketing team needs extra help from time to time to actually get the job done. Often, you don’t need a full time person, and sometimes it would be virtually impossible to find one person with all the different skills you need. Using temporary staff can often be problematic and it can be difficult to find more experienced people who can quickly get to grips with a project, manage it effectively and deliver on time and on budget with the minimum of direction.
We’ve managed and worked in teams in both the private and public sector. We’re good at getting things done and energising and motivating teams along the way.
We can help when:
- You have to cope with a peak in demand, such as a special event, launching a new product or service, addressing new legislation, launching a new campaign, or developing a new web site
- You have a short term need for a skill or mix of skills you either don’t have or don’t have at the right level in house, such as copywriting, design, or project management
- You are asked to provide marketing support to help another department or division but just don’t have the resource to help out
- You need a dedicated focus to complete a specific task or to keep ongoing activity on track
If you're struggling with workload or have a project you'd like help with, call Jane on 01386 701944 to see how we could work together.

Case Study: Publications
We were asked to take over a project to produce a green infrastructure guide on behalf of the Milton Keynes & South Midlands Environment and Quality of Life Sub Group, targeted at those professionally and operationally involved in the delivery of green infrastructure in the region.
We were given an initial document draft and within four months had re-structured the draft content, originated new content, selected photographs, designed and printed the 36-page guide. The project included managing the results of a consultation process involving around 120 stakeholders.
A second publication, a four-page A4 leaflet, was also commissioned to extract the key messages for a wider audience including chief executives and board/member representatives of local authorities and local delivery vehicles.

Case Study: Re-branding
As a part of an ongoing relationship with the Cable & Wireless College, we were asked to lead their re-branding project when the college was re re-launched as an independent venue prior to sale. This involved creating a new visual identity and reviewing the content and design of all marketing materials.
