This is a comment I hear regularly these days, whether working with individual businesses or with those involved in business training and support services.

I knew when I left my corporate career behind and set out as a freelance over 10 years ago that, if I wanted to work with smaller businesses, then I’d have to approach things very differently.

Today that approach is firstly about teaching the basic principles of marketing using some very simple explanations and frameworks and then coaching people while they put this into practice – showing them how to apply the knowledge and techniques to their own business.

This approach shifts the mindset, gets people thinking differently and ultimately allows them to steer their own course to achieve the business results they most want.

I share these basic principles and show people how to apply them in a range of short sessions ideal for business networking and support groups, conferences, business expos, and specialist industry groups.

  • From short bite size sessions to half day seminars
