Which format is right for you?
The content of both Gold and Silver one-day formats is the same, the difference is in the size of the group and therefore the time available for individual focus, practice and feedback.
Gold Level
A small group of 4 – 6 delegates, for an intensive and complete workout.
Ron will appraise all elements of your performance and tailor his coaching so that you work on specific key areas to improve your all-round performance during the course of the day.

Silver Level
A group of 10 – 12 delegates, for those who want help at a lower investment.
Ron will identify the 2-3 main areas where improvement will make the biggest difference to your overall performance and tailor his coaching so that you concentrate on these during the course of the day.
