Case Study – Strategic Marketing Plan
Warwickshire Country Caterers wished to increase the number of children taking school meals in their primary and secondary schools – and ensure that they were competitive with other commercial providers. They already understood that they needed to revitalise their approach to communicating with their end customer – the children and parents. We carried out an analysis and evaluation of their current position and compiled a set of recommendations. We then worked with the management team to compile a strategic marketing plan and detailed activity plan.
