Terms & Conditions for Workshop and Training Bookings

1. When we recieve your booking form, we will acknowledge it by email and send you a VAT invoice.
2. You may pay by cheque or by bank transfer (details will be on the invoice) or by credit card or PayPal using the "Buy Now" button on the course web page.
3. Your payment confirms your booking.
4. You must pay in full at the time of booking unless Jane agrees some other payment plan with you.
5. If you want to cancel your booking, you must tell us at least 2 weeks before the course start date in order to receive a refund.
6. Should we need to cancel your training at any time for whatever reason, we will refund your fee in full. We will not be liable for any other costs incurred by you.
7. To make sure you are always 100% happy with the value you get from working with us, we offer a 100% money back guarantee. That means we will refund your training fee in full if you are not 100% satisfied.
8. While every reasonable effort will be made to adhere to the advertised programme, we reserve the right to change event dates, locations, trainers or event features without penalty.
