Terms & Conditions for Workshop Bookings

1. On receipt of your booking form, we will acknowledge receipt of your booking by email and send you a VAT invoice.
2. Receipt of payment will confirm your booking.
3. You may pay by cheque or by bank transfer – details will be on the invoice.
4. All payments must be received at the time of booking.
5. No refunds will be made for cancellations received from you less than 2 calendar weeks before the workshop date.
6. Should we need to cancel your workshop at any time for whatever reason, we will refund your fee in full. We will not be liable for any other costs incurred by you.
7. To make sure you are always 100% happy with the value you get from working with us, we offer a 100% money back guarantee. That means we will refund your workshop fee in full if you are not 100% satisfied.
